📖 Operating Instructions

1. Power Off – Disconnect or shut off power to the burner.

2. Expose Terminals – Remove the mounting plate screws and flip back the transformer or ignitor to access high voltage connections.

3. Cover Cad Cell Eye – Prevent accidental triggering of burner controls.

4. Bypass Controls – Jump out operating controls/thermostat/aquastat.

5. Power On – Turn on burner power.

6. Test Transformer/Ignitor – Touch the Chek-Mate gold globes to the high voltage terminals:

   • Green LED lights in 3 seconds → Transformer/Ignitor is GOOD

   • LED fails to light → Transformer/Ignitor is BAD; replace unit
