Hago’s Siphon Nozzles are ideal for applications calling for the finest spray particles at lower air pressures. Our siphon nozzle produces a solid cone spray pattern that is extremely fine. It does this using low air pressures and low air consumption.
This air atomization product is ideal for handling #2 and #4 fuel oils. It also has the capability of atomizing pre-heated #5 and #6 fuel oils. It is perfect for applications where the fuels are too viscous for direct pressure atomizing nozzles. In fact, if a sufficient air source is combined with our nozzle, you can achieve an even finer oil particle droplet size and even cleaner combustion properties.
This innovative technology works by mixing air and fuel, which are separately and precisely routed to the nozzle. The air and fuel mixture is combined in a precision mixing chamber. The air pressure energy then mixes with the fuel within the chamber so that a uniform swirl of air and fuel converge through the orifice providing fine atomization. This presents a well-atomized pattern for effective combustion in a solid cone pattern.
Given its design and the nature of air atomizing nozzles, the flow rates, spray angles and droplet size can be affected by and changed by the variations within the application. Air velocity. and lift will modify angles and flow rates Features Benefits
