FIREYE 61-5745-3 SHUTTER DRIVE ACCESSORY MODULE
FOR USE WITH FLAME-MONITOR, D-SERIES OR MICROM CONTROLS USING REDUNDANT 45UV5-1005 OR 45UV5-1105 UV SELF-CHECK SCANNERS

The purpose of Fireye accessory module 61-5745-3 is to provide synchronous shutter drive for two UV self-checking scanners. This will allow redundant flame scanning in a single combustion chamber where Flame-Monitor, MicroM or D-Series controls are used. Module 61-5745-3 is provided with standoffs to facilitate mounting onto a cabinet back plate. Module 61-5745-3 operates from 102–250 VAC 50/60 Hz, making it suitable to solve many applications.
Operation:
In each of these systems, if either scanner sees flame, the burner will remain firing. If either scanner fails the self-check test, the system will shut down and annunciate a scanner failure.
Mount the shutter drive to a panel using 4 #8-32 X _” screws.
Connect the four wires as follows:
Black Wire: L1 Power, 102-250 VAC, 50/60 Hz
White Wire: L2 Neutral
Red Wire: The first black wire from each 45UV5-1005 scanner.
Green Wire: The second black wire from each 45UV5-1005 scanner.
